All orders are shipped free of charge. Delivery times depend on the product. Product details indicate whether the item is a pre-order or in-stock product. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damage resulting from such delays.

Exchange and Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds for returned products. However, if the item is unused and in resalable condition, you may request a size exchange—provided the desired size is in stock. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for use on the Lostar website.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at lostar.cloth5@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you have 14 days to return the item. Please include your name and contact information with the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The return address will be provided via email.
